Interim HR & OD People Partner – Band 8b  Initially Part-Time - Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months

 

Are there any experienced HR Business Partners/Managers on the market who looking for a new role on an initial PART-TIME (2/3 days a week) basis?

I have an NHS client looking for an experienced HR Professional to support the TUPE of Cancer Services.

 

Skills required:

 

1. Change skill sets

2. Experience of Communication and engagement programme

3. TUPE law

4. Union working in partnership

5. Inclusion within a change frame

 

The role is likely to increase to 4 days a week towards the Autumn with mobilisation due April 2022.

 

Candidates do not necessarily need NHS experience but they must have TUPE related experience together with experience of working in a large scale, complex, unionised environment.

 

This role can be done remotely but you will be on site in North West London ideally once a week/fortnight.

**This role is ideal for someone who is currently working on another contract part time or someone looking to return to work on an initial part time basis.
