Job description

A charity in London is recruiting a Learning and Development Administrator on a short interim basis. They are looking for someone to deliver strong L&D support.

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate all training and learning events and managing communication with staff and suppliers
  • Maintain and update employee training information
  • Respond to all L&D queries, escalating issues where necessary
  • Produce reports and analysis of learning activities
  • Provide support to the L&D Advisors and Head of L&D

Qualifications/experience required

  • Demonstrable experience in an L&D role
  •  Ability to multitask
  • Strong written communication
  • Experience using databases and producing reports
  • Organised and able to react to a varying workload
