Job description

An organisation in London is recruiting an Organisational Development Advisor on a 12-month fixed term basis. This organisation is looking for someone to help deliver an outstanding OD service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the organisations employee engagement and performance management framework
  • Develop employee wellbeing initiatives
  • Identify and deliver appropriate learning opportunities to staff
  • Improve the quality of the organisation’s succession planning and talent management through coaching and supporting managers
  • Produce written reports to analyse trends and forecasts
  • Support new projects and initiatives and help embed them within the organisation
  • Commission and develop bespoke interventions for managers and their teams to address specific issues

Qualifications/experience required

  • Strong experience with performance management, succession planning and talent management
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Experience with HR / OD/ L&D projects
  • Strong written and verbal communications
