Our client now has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Organisational Development specialist to join them on a permanent basis (FTC will also be considered).
As Organisational Development Partner you will work with colleagues across HR and the wider organisation to support the continuous improvement of capability development, culture change and performance monitoring. You will take a lead role in delivery of people and organisational development strategies and the management of change, working closely and collaboratively with the HR Business Partners to develop high quality, high impact OD interventions and solutions. As a highly visible partner for the organisation on all matters relating to Organisational Development, you will suggest and implement initiatives which support the organisation’s culture, performance and development, utilising the principles behind Agile and MDTs, which underpin ways of working across a range of disciplines.
To be considered you will require proven experience as a commercially minded Organisational Development specialist that will ideally include multi-sector experience. You will require a good knowledge of contemporary organisational development theory and practice, including a proven track record of creating and delivering practical, effective and bespoke OD solutions that anchor the business partnering model.
You will also require experience of implementing the end to end processes associated with performance management and staff development and of developing and managing performance standards that enable the successful achievement of business plans and objectives.
