The Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association have an exciting new opportunity for a Fundraising Engagement Coordinator to join our Fundraising Team at our national office in Northampton.

About the role

As a Fundraising Engagement Coordinator, you will support with the recruitment of fundraisers using marketing and promotional activities, support with managing event reception logistics, maximise the return on investment of fundraising activities and provide administrative support to the Community Fundraising Team.

This is an exciting opportunity where you will be working on Facebook campaigns and some of the Associations signature virtual events including Run 21 and Mission 5000.

An important part of this role is to assist with the delivery of the Community Fundraising strategy, with a focus on recruitment and expenditure targets. You will be responsible for monitoring fundraising recruitment figures and delivering some of the marketing campaigns for the products portfolio.

This role will also see you promote, recruit, and attend various fundraising activities, your focus will be to increase volume of individual fundraisers and ensure a positive supporter experience throughout

What are we looking for?

Experience in fundraising/marketing/sales or customer service background with the ability to communicate effectively and work across a multi-functional team.

You will be working closely with volunteers, as successful candidate you will ideally have experience of working with volunteers and motivating people.

This is a varied and exciting role; you will need to prioritise your own workload and maintain an organised approach.

The ability to work flexible hours is essential as this role will require travelling to and attending events during the evenings and weekends.
