Fundraising Database & Donor Support Manager
Salary upto £38,000 per annum, dependant on experience
37.5 hours per week, to be worked flexibly in accordance with the needs of the service
This is an exciting time to join Mountbatten as we extend our services to meet the changing needs of our patients, families and carers in Hampshire and on the Isle of Wight. We are currently seekinga Fundraising Database & Donor Support Manager, a new rolewhichwillbe pivotal for enablingsupport forthe provision ofhigh qualitydata and supporter services managementacross both sites.
About the Role
Working alongside ourtwoHeads of Income Generation andfundraising teams,this role is responsibleforthe efficient and effective operation of Mountbatten CRM systems(Raiser’s Edge), fundraising administrationand donor stewardship programmes.
Responsible for the importing, maintenance, processing, export, analysis of supporter, financial, preference, consent and other date held on thefundraising databases. This includes ensuring development and maintenance of practices and protocols to ensure data integrity and legal compliance are maintained consistently.
The role will lead on key data analysis and insight and KPI reporting to ensure data and information is available in accessible formats, to support organisational reporting anddevelopment of fundraising programmes.
About You
You must have an excellent understanding and experience of relationship databases / CRM systems, preferably Raiser’s Edge.
You will have strong communication and customer service skills, and you will be able to inspire, influence and motivate at all levels, to ensure the delivery and high standard of donor care and effective administration of donations and tax-effective giving.
To succeed, you will bea pro-active individual, able to apply own initiative and manage a busy andvaried workload, take ownershipof tasks, and contribute as a team player to achieve fundraising targets.
You will have the flexibility to travel on a frequent basis between the twoMountbattensites.
