About this job
In this role, you will be working alongside a number of managers in our Digital Engagement team to help make our channels as creative as possible. You will always be thinking about new ways to engage our audiences, sharing ideas and finding opportunities to develop and share engaging content.
You’ll respond to comments, tweets and messages from the public across our social media channels and our forum, and work with our Helpline team to ensure vulnerable supporters get the help they need.
You will work closely with our Supporter Email Manager to help create and build emails and manage data. You will regularly report back on how our channels are performing, helping us to continually optimise.
