About this job
Our Administration team support staff and volunteers across the country. As a Directorate Support Officer you will provide excellent customer service and use your exceptional organisational skills to support the smooth running of the directorate.
You will have all round administrative skills with experience of using Microsoft packages. A background in events administration is desirable. You will be a dynamic team player, armed with a positive, can-do attitude. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels, both orally and in writing. The ability to develop and maintain relationships with office and home-based staff is essential. You will be able to prioritise a busy workload and work both independently and as part of a team. You will also have a willingness to undertake other responsibilities.

We are currently defining where and what type of accommodation this will be and we really want our staff to be involved in that decision and therefore we don’t envisage a move before Sept 2020.
