Position: Impact, Evaluation and Reporting Manager
Type: Full-time (35 hours per week), permanent
Location: Office-based in London, N4 with the flexibility to work remotely
Salary: £38,891 - £44,336 per annum plus excellent benefits
Salary Band: Band F2
Department: Strategy and Business Intelligence team

We’re looking to step-up our impact measurement and evaluation practice. This role has the opportunity to improve in the ways we measure, report, and apply impact evidence and evaluation learnings.

This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive individual who has a passion for using evidence and insights to improve impact.  

You’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure we’re collecting and analysing the evidence we need to understand our strategic progress and improve our impact.

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • In depth understanding of impact measurement, evaluation techniques, and research methodologies
  • Experience of measuring impact within the charity sector, and of designing and conducting evaluations to generate actionable learnings
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in communicating complex topics to non-subject matter experts
  • Knowledge of the use and application of statistical techniques
  • And a proven ability to rapidly develop competencies in new/unfamiliar software to support data analysis
