About this job
As we move through an extremely exciting transformation period of growth, we are looking for someone to join our small, busy internal communications team to support the organisation through this transformation journey.
This is as well as supporting the charity’s strategic aims and using our values to produce a range of timely and informative communications that deliver and embed the organisations key messages with all of our team members.
The role would report in to the Senior Internal Communications Officer, working closely with them to optimise all of our Internal Communication platforms and channels, including our intranet, internal emails and events for staff and volunteers.
In addition, the post holder would work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we are delivering the best messaging possible.
Key responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):
- responsible for the day to day running of the intranet, liaising with stakeholders to ensure content is user friendly and regularly updated
- actively manage and source content for all channels
- working with key senior leaders regarding special projects and campaigns for the organisation
- working on integrating platforms to optimise communication delivery
