About this job

You’ll play a key role in reviewing our approach to Welcome and Induction, making sure volunteers get off to a great start and know they are valued for their contribution.
You’ll be responsible for developing inclusive eLearning resources which can be rolled out at scale, and for reflecting the diversity of the MS community in all our learning content.
We offer 35 days annual leave (including bank holidays), travel loan and various other benefits such as supported developmental opportunities.
The MS Society is in the midst of an exciting, transformational, period which builds on our great history and will drive us towards achieving our mission and vision as we embark on our new 5 year strategy.
As part of this exciting transformation, we’ll be moving from our current National Centre based in Cricklewood, London to Finsbury Park, London later this year. We’re expecting to be moving into our new office from August 2021.
