Full-time, 35 hours per week

Salary guideline:

(Up to) £26,000.00 per annum (commensurate with experience)

Terms of Employment:

Permanent Full Time / Part Time Contract (with a 6-Month Probationary Period)

Muslim Hands is a UK based international relief organisation working in over 40 countries worldwide. The Head Office in Nottingham and a fundraising team in Whitechapel London; occasional travel between the two locations. Muslim Hands UK is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team during an exciting period of growth and change as we have ambitious plans to grow our activities by 2021.


Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing and delivering effective design collateral, which is clean and contemporary, on-brand, and on-strategy for the variety of Muslim Hands social media platforms. The Digital Graphic Designer will support the Social Media Executive and Senior Graphic Designer in producing high quality motion graphics, video and other digital media in a fast paced and rewarding environment. Design tasks will be required for other areas of the fundraising department, when required.



Essential: Ideal Candidate will:

High level of graphic design skills

Strong motion graphic skills

Social media savvy with an eye of spotting new trends

Good time keeping and organisation skills

Be well versed in different fundraising requirements and strategies.



Educated to degree level (BA degree)

2 years in a digital first graphic design role

2 years in social media content creator role

2 years relevant NGO/Charity experience
