Business Development Director
Based in the Northwest of England (HQ is in Preston but there will be flexibility in terms of working arrangements for the right candidate)
37 hours per week
£50,000 gross per annum (FTE £50,000 gross per annum)

About the role
n-compass are looking to recruit a Business Development Director, to play a lead role in growing existing and securing new income streams for the organisation across the North of England. This will take place through the submission of high-quality bids responding to tenders and other bespoke opportunities. Excellent written skills and a persuasive and organised approach to business development are critical for this role.

The successful candidate will have strategic and operational responsibility for growing the Charities income and partnership networks in line with our Values and culture. The post will directly line manage the Deputy Development Director and our Marketing and Communications function, which is delivered through a specialist agency. This post is a member of the Senior Management Team and will also report into our Board of Trustee’s.
