London, Greater London (Hybrid)
£35,549 per year including London Weighting
Permanent, Full-time
Job description
  • Are you looking to progress a career in international public health research?
  • Flexible working arrangement: mix of home and London office working

National AIDS Trust is the UK’s HIV rights charity. We work to stop HIV from standing in the way of health, dignity and equality, and to end new HIV transmissions. Our expertise, research and advocacy secure lasting change to the lives of people living with and at risk of HIV.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and to work with stakeholders across Europe to deliver an international HIV and viral hepatitis monitoring programme on behalf of the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC). You will work with your network to design surveys, analyse data and draft reports supporting national bodies to improve responses to HIV and viral hepatitis in their countries.

You’ll be flexible and self-motivated with proven research and analysis skills. You’ll have good attention to detail and the ability to translate data into clear policy recommendations. You’ll also be a good communicator, confident to lead projects and manage external stakeholders, and comfortable juggling a varied and demanding workload. And you’ll be driven by a passion for health equality and human rights.

In return, we offer a range of benefits including 27 days leave per year plus Bank Holidays, annual salary increments, 6% employer pension contribution, flexible working, a hybrid working arrangement of home and eco-conscious office space in Bethnal Green, interest free travel loan and cycle to work scheme, access to an Employee Assistance Programme, and a supportive team environment.

Closing date for applications: Tuesday 30 August 9am

Interviews: Monday 12 September 2022 at our office in Bethnal Green

The application pack documents can be downloaded from our website, or by sending an email quoting the job title, together with your name and address or by calling us. All materials are available in alternative formats upon request.
