Are you an events logistics whiz seeking a great part time opportunity? Come join our team!
NASS is seeking a friendly, outgoing and highly organised person to co-ordinate logistics for our programme of community engagement events around the UK. Our preferred candidate will be experienced in sourcing, negotiating and liaising with venues, confidently aligning event expenditure to available budgets and creating reports at the conclusion of each event.
Your outgoing nature will come through in your correspondence with our speakers regarding presentation requirements and travel arrangements. You will be at ease undertaking comprehensive guest management including correspondence, processing payments, and preparing delegate packs, feedback forms and presentations. Familiarity with Salesforce will place you ahead of the field.
This role is a 2 year fixed term contract, with some UK travel required. Flexible working will be considered for the right candidate.
