We are looking for an Enquiries Agent to help support parent our vision.

Have you got customer service experience? Would you like to help support parents, volunteers and members through day to day interaction over the phone and by e-mail?  If yes, we would love to hear from you! 

About the role 

Working within the NCT Parent Services Team in our office in Clifton, Bristol,  you will help provide a response that is helpful and relevant to the needs of the enquiry. This response will reflect the positioning and values of NCT. If you have worked with volunteers before that’s great.

  1. To be the first point of contact for all incoming queries to NCT, acting with dedication to resolve the query and becoming a “trusted advisor” and providing excellent customer service.
  2. To ensure responses fully reflect the positioning and values of NCT so that every person who contacts us is inspired to recommend NCT to others. 
  3. To escalate questions and queries where necessary whilst retaining full and complete ownership of the final response
  4. To proactively research parent and volunteer issues to increase personal knowledge and to provide the highest calibre of support possible.  

The hours of work are 25 per week with a working pattern of 11.30 am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
