We give accurate, impartial information so that parents can decide what’s best for their family and we introduce them to a network of local parents to gain practical and emotional support.
The Parent Services Administrator’s (PSA) main responsibility is to encourage parents to choose NCT through excellent customer service enabling them to book on the right course. You will work mainly by phone and email, providing parents with a positive customer experience and handling any objections the may have.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and evidence professional and timely correspondence with customers.
You will be proactive, empathetic, trustworthy, resourceful and able to display the ability to prioritise and work on your own initiative, within a process environment. Senior Parent Services Advisors will be available for help and support as required. A knowledge of NCT and our work is desirable.

This position will be based in Clifton, Bristol.
The role is a part time, flexible role for 20 hours per week / 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday - the 4 hours can be worked flexibly each day between the hours of 8am and 4pm. The role is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
