Job Title          Payroll and Finance Administrator

Salary              £26,000

Hours per week 28-35 hours (flexible 4-5 days)

About the role

We are excited to be recruiting for an experienced payroll administrator to manage our monthly payroll process in Cascade (Iris) as well as the Charity sales ledger and the financial transactions for our small trading company. This role can be worked flexibly over 4 or 5 days dependant on availability.

You should have previous experience of running a busy payroll from start to finish and expertise in payroll legislation and compliance. We are looking for excellent communication and time management skills as well as strong numerical ability and attention to detail. Experience working in a finance role is desirable but not essential.

  • Running the complete monthly NCT payroll process for our c.160 staff in Cascade payroll software in liaison with the People Team;
  • Administration of the NCT Charity sales ledger in Microsoft Great Plains including raising invoices, credit control and month end reconciliations;
  • Administration of the NCT Trading company transactions in Microsoft Great Plains including sales ledger, purchase ledger and month end reconciliations

The current situation means that the role is home based at the moment but it will eventually revert to our office which is based in Clifton, Bristol, BS8 3NG.
