Location: Mentmore Terrace, London Fields. NCB promotes a hybrid, flexible way of working, staff can work remotely for part of the week if they wish and , in the office, or face to face for at least 2 days per week. Candidates must be flexible on days worked and may be required to do more than 2 days a week in the office from time to time.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 1.0 FTE (Open to part time)
Salary: £51,478 per annum
Generous benefits package includes: 30 days annual leave, plus Bank holidays and 3 days of Christmas closure

For 60 years the National Children’s Bureau (NCB) has been building a better childhood for all.

This role will support and develop the work of the National Children’s Bureau (NCB) and the Council for Disabled Children (CDC) in relation to social care. Contributing to improvement in frontline practice and outcomes for children and young people, with a particular focus on young people in care and care leavers including young people in foster care or supported accommodation.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage the delivery of key elements of NCB’s social care contracts with external agencies and to increase the capacity of NCB, fulfilling current contractual obligations including practice improvement programmes in relation to Foster Care and Youth Offending, as well as seeking new opportunities in relation to social care policy and practice.
