The National Deaf Children’s Society is seeking an experienced Head of Training and Consultancy to lead the ongoing expansion and development of our training for professionals working with deaf children and young people and our expert consultancy to other organisations.  We are looking for a person who can confidently lead this growth with the support of a small team of trainers and event organisers and a growing team of associate trainers and consultants.

The successful candidate will have experience of leading and developing new training and consultancy work in public or third sector organisations, have experience in developing and implementing online training methods, be skilled in successful marketing of training and consultancy to a range of professional groups and be able to undertake market analysis for future development.

This exciting post offers someone the opportunity to work with different partners across the National Deaf Children’s Society and beyond to support the delivery of a wide range of training and to make a real difference to the lives of deaf children, young people and their families.
