The Travel Trainer role will be supervised by the Programme Leader who will identify the caseload of young people. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, creative, excited to be working with young people and who have good communication skills.

The Programme Leader will be responsible for supervising the team, working closely with the Council, developing and processing learner referrals, preparing performance reports and will be managed by the Head of Lift Training. We are looking for someone to lead and build a new team, someone who is innovative, someone who has experience of leading a project, someone who has worked with multi agency partners, someone with enthusiasm and drive, someone who can inspire others, and someone who is experienced in problem solving.
