Job description

Following the successful NT Futures Campaign five years ago, the National Theatre is currently making ambitious plans to increase its national reach, impact and fundraising income. The Prospect Development Team will play a pivotal role in achieving these targets.

The Associate Head of Prospect Development will be responsible for developing and implementing prospect cultivation strategies and for delivering high-level supporter and market research and fundraising intelligence to grow and strengthen our prospect pipeline.  The role will also manage the Prospect Development Manager.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience of prospect research and development in the non-profit sector, with an innovative, proactive approach and persuasive, succinct, writing and reporting skills.
