Job Description

Coordinators are responsible for managing a team of sales staff, providing initial and on-going training and development. As part of a team of three, they oversee the running of the Contact Centre, monitoring sales and customer service performance to enable team members to provide a high quality service to customers who are booking tickets, seeking information regarding the National Theatre’s on and off site activities, and booking other services the National Theatre provides.

Dealing with customer service issues especially around the incoming of a performance, maintaining performance plans and ensuring tailored services are given due attention, they guarantee that the daily operation is effectively supervised.

We’re looking for candidates who are highly motivated and able to identify and achieve sales and customer service targets, and have experience of Contact Centre and Customer Relationship Management systems.
