Job description

The NYA is looking for a self-motivated and talented Communications & Marketing Manager with the experience required to lead our communications activities. In this role you will have responsibility for creating and implementing marketing and communications strategies to support the organisation’s business growth strategy and wider business objectives.

You will produce high-quality content that engages new and existing customers and builds brand recognition. You will have oversight of strategic communications with external audiences, working closely with the leadership team to identify and maximise opportunities to bring the mission of NYA to target audiences, stakeholders, funders and decision makers, identifying new customers, supporting lead generation efforts and promoting our work.

Our Communications & Marketing Manager will develop our online marketing and social media presence and have a flair for strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns. The Communications & Marketing Manager is required to assist with the development of fresh initiatives in line with the charity’s goals.
