We are looking for a dynamic and experienced manager who is a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England to evolve the Hub into an exceptional safeguarding platform.
The post of Safeguarding Hub Manager will work with a diverse steering group of youth sector and safeguarding experts to develop tools and support services that will provide bespoke guidance and/or advice for practitioners. We are looking for someone who has the experience, knowledge and capabilities to provide bespoke support and advice to sector colleagues, as well as create and deliver proactive assets such as training and guidance documents.
A combination of your expertise, the assets available on the Hub and the NYA’s youth work expertise will be instrumental in informing the safe culture for young people services across the country.
NYA holds a unique position within the youth sector. We are the national body for youth work, and the Professional Statutory Regulatory Body (PSRB) for youth work in England. We are the cornerstone of a great profession and we have been transforming lives through youth work for over 50 years.
