Salary: £31,151 per annum, rising to £32,790 after 12 months in London (or £27,542 per annum rising to £29,181 after 12 months outside of London)
Location: Society Building, 8 All Saints Street, London N1, with flexibility to regularly work from home/home-based, with occasional travel to the office in line with NCVO’s flexible working policy or home working policy if outside London.

This is a key role in administering NCVO’s membership programme, with an operational responsibility for reviewing, approving and processing membership applications, welcoming new members and forming personable relationships with customers. NCVO has over 16,500 voluntary members and high numbers of applications every month.
Membership contributes an income of over £1m. The post holder works under the guidance of the Membership Manager and assists in all aspects of implementing the membership strategy, supporting members and offering excellent customer service.
The post holder supports NCVO teams and colleagues by sharing membership insight and experiences, liaising between members and staff, and efficient data profiling and reporting.
The post holder manages no staff, but may be asked to task manage temporary staff and / or trainees as appropriate.
