Job description

In this important role, you are responsible for the day to day management of NCVO’s CRM, encompassing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Business Central, and our own API.

You will be working with staff across NCVO to ensure they are using CRM effectively and efficiently; by providing comprehensive support through training resources, classroom style sessions, and up-to-date documentation.

You will also be assisting the CRM and Data Manager by helping on projects that will deliver new features and also managing your own projects in line with NCVO priorities. NCVO is currently implementing an ambitious technology strategy; this is a great opportunity to work firsthand in our process of digital transformation.

You will be experienced in administrating a CRM system and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, explain technical issues to non-technical members of staff. You will work collaboratively and will cooperate with staff across the whole organisation including senior management. You work well under pressure and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
