ASB Officer / Anti-Social Behaviour Officer / Neighbourhood Officer

Location: London, Whitechapel 

Salary: £31,620-£33,660 

Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time

About the role

Our client will be celebrating their 25th anniversary this year. They continue to provide award winning high quality and affordable homes to rent and buy. They operate in Essex and East London and locally manage over 10,000 homes with ambitious plans to increase their stock portfolio and delivering more new homes every year.

 

They pride themselves on providing excellent customer services, and they need ambitious, career minded individuals with a ‘can do’ attitude to deliver these services to their residents.

 

  • Do you have a strong background in effectively tackling Anti-Social Behaviour?

  • Are you dynamic and have the skills necessary to deal with a fast-paced role tackling all forms of hate crime, domestic abuse, neighbour nuisance and Anti-Social Behaviour using a broad range of tools and powers?

  • Can you offer guidance to the Neighbourhood Team and share your specialist knowledge to support them?

  • You must have experience of taking cases to Court for Injunction and possession proceedings

  • Are you a professional individual with self-motivation and initiative?

  • It is essential that you are able communicate effectively with our customers and build key relationships with external partners. 

 

The post may require you to work occasional evenings and weekends.  Access to a vehicle and a full clean driving license is preferable.
