About our client
As a registered charity, they provide over 4,000 affordable homes in the beautiful Forest of Dean and surrounding areas.
They are more than just a landlord - their organisation is dedicated to creating great homes and supporting the communities they work in. Their team offers a wide range of additional services to help improve the lives of their tenants from help and advice on debt and welfare to repairs, maintenance and adaptations.
The social housing sector faces many challenges – building safety, managing the pressures of Universal Credit on their tenants and responding to the environmental challenges. Their tenant satisfaction scores suggest they’re managing these challenges well – but this Top 100 organisation stands out from the rest because of its profit-for-purpose activities.
They believe that by investing in their team, they can provide the very best support and value to their tenants, while maintaining the corporate health of their organisation.
