Housing and Neighbourhoods Manager
Salary Package - £38,202 - £47,853 per annum (including car allowance)
2 Year Fixed Term Contract, Full Time (flexible & family friendly working arrangements)

Our client is one of the largest providers of affordable homes and care and support services in the East Midlands.  They employee more than 1000 employees and have key work bases in Chesterfield, Coalville, Leicester, Peak District and Ilkeston.  In addition to this, they have around 19,000 properties in more than 40 local authority areas across the region and provide care and support to hundreds more customers. 
The role
They now have an opportunity for a Housing and Neighbourhoods Manager to join them in Leicester to help develop the Housing and Neighbourhoods service ensuring its the best in the sector.

Providing day to day leadership of your team, you will work with other areas of the business to ensure a strong customer focus and influence is at the core of their services. You will lead and develop their customer and admin hub enabling us to achieve their strategic purpose and objectives ensuring customer satisfaction with services.

The ideal candidate
They are looking for a Housing and Neighbourhoods Manager with experience of housing and neighbourhoods management services. You will have a track record of delivering customer centred services and have a sound knowledge of legislative and regulatory expectations of the sector also with best practice relating to housing and neighbourhood services. Confident and assertive, you will be able to provide strong leadership and make sound decisions along with having the ability to resolve management issues. Project management and IT skills are also essential for this position.
