Housing Case Management Coordinator (6 month FTC)
Location: Worcester/Birmingham
Salary: £24,067 per annum

About the role

An exciting new opportunity is available to join our client’s Communities and Neighbourhoods Team; and play a crucial role in developing the delivery module for the future of the business. Consistently improving the service provided to their customers is hugely important to them, and this role will be the first point of contact into the Communities & Neighbourhoods Team where queries are not fully resolved by the Contact Centre or other teams. 

It will involve scheduling and planning in person and digital conversations with customers and other agencies regarding all case management appointments.  The Case Management Coordinator will be the key contact and lead for Customers and Neighbourhood and Specialist Case Officers in relation to the management of tenancy breaches.

Excellent customer service skills, is calm and resilient with the ability to manage customer’s expectations. You will be able to work effectively with other teams, and alongside team members to ensure that queries are resolved to a high standard. You will need first class organisational skills, including the ability to schedule and allocate work to the team, meet deadlines and quickly re-prioritise in a reactive environment.
