08:00 – 17:00 - flexible shift pattern
Our client is a not-for-profit housing association providing quality homes across eight local authority areas in the counties of Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.

Social housing and their social impact is at the heart of what our client does and they care about customers living in their communities. They need people that can demonstrate empathy and are passionate about great service whilst delivering in a fast paced and high demand environment across multiple channels.
Our client offers a comprehensive training programme with the aim of being a multi skilled advisor able to deal with their main enquiries of rent account management, tenancy management and responsive repairs.
You could be an established housing services advisor, new to housing services or just looking for a new challenge but if you are bright, enthusiastic, willing to get stuck in and deliver great service then they want to hear from you.
