Operations Manager – East Anglia
Location: Norwich, Norfolk (Please note, the role will require an element of travel to other locations across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire)

You will be passionate about changing young lives and experienced in managing teams and staff to ensure they are able to provide the best support for their beneficiaries. The Operations Manager (Children and Families) will be leading, managing and supporting the management teams of their diverse services, which include children’s homes, fostering, short break services for children with disabilities, family assessment services and their therapeutic provision. You will work across the business working to ensure that their services work collaboratively whilst ensuring regulatory compliance.
They aspire to excellence and employ experienced, resilient, skilful and creative senior managers to inspire our service delivery and provide support to our teams.
You will have a background in delivering services to children and young people either with a social work qualification or a relevant professional qualification. They welcome those experienced in delivering excellent residential child care.
