Residential Support Worker Opportunities (Mental Health)


37.5 and 18.75 hours per week

£18,246 per annum (£9,123 per annum for part time positions) 


2 x Full Time at Acocks Green

2 x Full Time at Hockley

1 x Relief Part Time at Bartley Green and Selly Oak

1 x Part Time at Erdington (Maternity Cover)

Bank Workers in all Residential Services


Post holders must be able to work flexible shifts Monday to Sunday. There is also a requirement for the post holders to be available to work sleep-in duties.

Do you have an interest in working with those who experience mental health distress who are living in a Residential Care Home?


Our client is a leading provider of mental health services in Birmingham and the West Midlands.  As a Residential Support Worker you will work in partnership with people who are experiencing mental health difficulties using a person centred recovery approach that focuses on maintaining and strengthening their presence in the community.


You will have experience of working in an adult social care environment or health and social care setting and be able to demonstrate our client’s values.
