Salary: £36,625 - £42,081 dependent of skills and knowledge

Our client is working hard to make their communities in Rochdale safe attractive places where people can live and thrive together. They are looking for a Safer Neighbourhoods Lead who will help to achieve their ambition by taking full responsibility for developing their approach to anti-social behaviour and safeguarding.
You will be their in-house expert for anti-social behaviour, safeguarding and domestic abuse services. You will be responsible for developing practices, policies, systems and embedding a culture that provides appropriate levels of support for their customers.
They are looking for an innovative and knowledgeable professional with significant experience of working to deliver safe neighbourhoods and communities. You will have operational responsibility for the anti-social behaviour and safeguarding team, providing strong leadership and a determination to make a difference.

Their selection process will involve 2 stages. The 1st stage will be to deliver a presentation on Thursday 3rd September and if successful will then proceed to the 2nd stage assessment centre on Tuesday 8th September 2020
