Support Worker (Community Based)

£9.43 per hour
Our client currently has one opportunity for a support worker for the Wyre Forest area.
The post is to work with older and vulnerable people in the community. They provide a wide range of high quality services to help older and vulnerable people to remain independent in their own homes. The primary role is to visit people in their own homes, giving advice and guidance, meeting their support plan outcomes and to monitor health and safety systems.
They are looking for people who can demonstrate experience of providing support services to older and vulnerable people and who are highly motivated, good team players who have good communication and customer care skills. You will need to have your own transport, be responsive and be able to problem solve and work on your own initiative.
Please note successful applicants will be required to have an enhanced DBS.
