Supported Housing Project Manager
Salary £28,889 - £35,217
Hours: 35 per week Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm (out of hours, evening and weekends, depending on the needs of the service)
Our client provide homes and services to over 16,000 people across Greater Manchester and have big plans to build more over the next five years.
They’re looking for someone who will take pride in putting their customers first and to lead and develop their Moving On Up Project. Someone who will take responsibility for managing and developing strategies to support people with complex needs to meet their challenges and develop their independence.
They’re looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who is able to lead a highly motivated and committed support team. You will be very organised and flexible to oversee the management of the different components of the service including the: supported accommodation, outreach, community hub and crisis project. They need someone who can deliver a high-quality value for money service for customers and stakeholders.
Ideally, you will have worked in a similar role and will have knowledge and experience of working closely with social services and of support services for young people and adults with complex needs. Ideally this will have been in an accommodation-based / outreach / crisis management or community hub setting.
A full valid driving licence with access to your own vehicle for work purposes is required, and total flexibility towards working hours.
