Youth Wellbeing Coordinator 


£28,000 per annum

Hours per week: Full Time, 40 hpw (role will require availability to work evenings/ weekends) 

Employment type: 2 Years Fixed Term (November 2023)

About the role:

Their Hub is a state-of-the-art world class facility for young people and the community, delivering a range of youth work programmes and interventions. They are currently seeking a Youth Wellbeing Coordinator who can take responsibility for the development and delivery of a pathways programme to support young people referred from CAMHS and other partner agencies to enhance emotional wellbeing and increase resilience. 


Please Note:  As young people will be part of the interview and selection process all interviews will take place on an evening/ weekend. 


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate and lead the delivery of group based emotional wellbeing interventions to young people (11-17yrs) referred from CAMHS or signposted from partner agencies. 

  • To manage the wellbeing youth work team to deliver targeted group work interventions. 

  • Deliver monitor and review activities in line with their Foundation’s Youth Impact Framework and Theory of Change. 

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build effective working relationships, ensuring a network of providers are in place to be able to signpost and refer young people too.


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A professional qualification in Youth Work, Social Work, Counselling or similar. 

  • Substantial experience of working with young people delivering wellbeing related programmes and activities. 

  • A track record of successful staff and volunteer management 

  • Be passionate, committed and self-motivated to inspire others to change.
