Youth Worker - Health and Wellbeing
£15,000 per annum

About the role:
Their Hub is a state-of-the-art world class facility for young people and the community, delivering a range of youth work programmes and interventions. They are currently seeking a Youth Worker who can support delivery of a pathways programme to support young people referred from CAMHS and other partner agencies to enhance emotional wellbeing and increase resilience.
Please Note: As young people will be part of the interview and selection process all interviews will take place on an evening/ weekend.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Delivery of group based emotional wellbeing interventions to young people (11-17yrs) referred from CAMHS or signposted from partner agencies.
To work as part of the youth team to deliver targeted 1-1 and group work interventions.
Deliver monitor and review activities in line with Torus Foundation’s Youth Impact Framework and Theory of Change.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build effective working relationships, ensuring a network of providers are in place to be able to signpost and refer young people too.
To be successful in this role you will have:
A recognised qualification in Youth Work.
Experience of working with young people delivering wellbeing related programmes.
Experience of supporting young people in a 1-2-1 and small group settings.
Be passionate, committed and self-motivated to inspire others to change.
