Project Lead

The role of the Project Lead will build on the work already achieved in developing a hub and spoke operating model for the partnership, taking us through to implementation. You will be responsible for leading and executing all aspects of activities relating to developing shared services. You will assist the CVSs in assessing the strategic fit of our services by analysing all aspects of a transaction, assessing the projected synergies, project managing joint offers and supporting financial modelling.

BACKGROUND TO THE POST

For the last 18 months Newark & Sherwood & Rushcliffe CVS have been developing a Partnership and exploring a shared services model.

As CVSs, it is our desire to work together to build stronger, more empowered and sustainable communities through a model of infrastructure support and partnership. We recognise the need to create a more sustainable future for our organisations and strengthen the structure that underpins our sector.

 You will have:

·       Experience of working at a strategic level

·       Project management qualification / at least 2 years’ experience in Project management 

·       Experience of leading project work

·       Partnership Development experience with the skills to motivate stakeholders to get involved
