The ideal candidate will have experience of working with this client group in a similar role, have good written and verbal communications skills, including good digital skills, be committed to problem solving as part of a small team, and have a commitment to go the extra mile. This is a role which requires a range of skills and flexibility, but provides job satisfaction and the opportunity to develop skills and experience for those wishing to develop their career. Understanding of the diverse communities of East London helpful.
