Education - Opportunity - Support
Jewish answers for learning disability

Kisharon means talent, or ability, and that is precisely what we are all about.

Our mission is to maximise talent, which is an all-encompassing ambition that applies equally to the children, young people and adults we work to support as well as to the incredibly dedicated donors, staff and volunteers who make our work possible.

Kisharon run a nursery and a special needs Free School, and provide supported living and employment training for adults with learning disabilities through our innovative Social Enterprises. Ours is a long-term commitment to the individuals and families we support that enriches our whole community.

We are immensely proud of the external recognition our services have achieved, which includes our accreditation last year by the National Autistic Society, our multiple EVCOMM awards for our fundraising films, and most importantly, our CQC and OFSTED inspection judgements.

Now is an exciting time to join as our new Director of Fundraising. We need an inspirational, strategic leader who brings a track record of growing and delivering fundraising targets in a competitive environment. Delivering value for money as well as charitable impact is important to us and you will share, and be rewarded for, this ethos.

Application is by way of CV and Supporting Statement initially.

Closing date: 10.00 a.m. Monday 17th June
