This education charity that enables collaboration and challenge between schools to enhance the life chances of all children, especially the most disadvantaged. It works closely with school leaders and other education professionals to facilitate a variety of programmes and services for schools to ensure knowledge and skills of the best in its network are available to everyone, thereby reducing the quality variability in education provision. The aim is to improve the performance of all schools, all leaders, and all pupils in the partnership.
Your remit will include establishing and maintaining relationships with a varied and dynamic group of individuals with backgrounds in education, social enterprises, charities, and commercial organisations. Specifically, you will oversee the development and maintenance of positive relationships with schools and multi-academy trusts in the Network of Excellence and other programmes by working with hubs and partner schools to attract new members in areas of the country where we already have a presence, in addition to initiating and supporting local introductory and induction events.
The ideal candidate will bring demonstrable interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to
form positive relationships with colleagues and school leaders from a range of backgrounds. Direct experience of delivering programmes and services which enable school improvement would be advantageous.
