Supporter Experience Officer


We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Supporter Experience Officer to join our Mass Engagement team.


In 2019, we developed a bold new corporate strategy so that we can rebuild more lives after stroke and make a bigger difference to people’s lives.  To help us deliver our strategy and make a real difference, we are looking to recruit talented people to a number of new roles. Position: Supporter Experience Officer

Location: Homebased, U.K nationwide

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £26,000 per annum (inner London weighting £3,299 per annum/pro rata or outer London weighting £1,755 per annum/pro rata may be applied in accordance to where you live)

Contract: Permanent

The Role

The Supporter Experience Officer will be responsible for delivering excellent supporter experiences integrated across different products and audiences to drive income growth. This will include individual giving, lottery, in memory and mass fundraiser products. You’ll work on delivering our busy and successful appeals programme, our newly revamped welcome journeys and will work with the wider team to develop stewardship touchpoints with all of our valued supporters to deepen relationships.


About You

As Supporter Experience Officer, you will have experience working in a fundraising and/or marketing environment and will have key strengths in:

  • Good grammatical skills and experience of copywriting and/or reviewing compelling copy
  • Experience of working with numbers and/or spreadsheets
  • A good understanding of excellent customer or supporter experience
  • Organising a busy workload
