Job description

Position: HR Business Partner (covering maternity leave)

Location: Swindon (M4 corridor)

Hours: Full time

Salary: £40k pa

The Role

This HR Business Partner position has been created as part of a developing structure to enable the charity to achieve greater organisational effectiveness through its people. Touching on all HR functions including recruitment, training, employee engagement and payroll, the focus of the HR Business Partner role is on developing efficient HR processes that support and enhance their strategic objectives. The ability to be agile as the business needs changes across a range of activities including recruitment employee relations, project management, training and development are key to the success of the role.

About You

You will be CIPD qualified or hold an equivalent qualification, bringing with you:

Experience of producing bespoke PDR systems.

Experience of developing, planning and delivering successful training programmes across a variety of HR disciplines.

Up-to-date knowledge of legal legislation covering all aspects of HR.

Excellent interpersonal and relational skills.
