We are looking for a Project Manager who can demonstrate their experience delivering multiple projects to supporters as well as the organisation, through all stages of project delivery from start to close.
Position: Project Manager (Support Service)
Location: Fleet, Hampshire
Salary: £28,100 pa (within the grade £28,100 to £34,000 pa)
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 09.00 – 17.00
Benefits: Benefits include enhanced pension scheme with 10% employer contribution, equivalent of 5 normal working weeks' annual leave a year, plus normal bank holidays, Income Protection and Group Life cover on appointment.

About the Role
The Project Management Office sits within our Support Services department, working alongside, IT, HR, Office experience, Finance and Compliance services. You will help maximise efficiency and benefits from projects through delivering best practice in project management for current supporters needs, while also focussing on growth and innovation for the future.
Working in a dynamic environment, this role will allow you to utilise and grow your expertise and knowledge of AGILE and other project methodologies and team building, whilst working with multiple stakeholders facilitating project workshops and meetings.

As a Project Manager you will champion good project delivery in a way that is effective, collaborative, passionate, joyful, innovative and grace filled and models the cultural values of the charity. Using a range of project management methodologies, you will use your knowledge and expertise of project management to help deliver benefits for the organisation and to play your part in the release of children from poverty.

It would help (but isn’t essential) to have:
- Project Management Qualifications.
- IT Project Management Delivery
- Compliance Legislation
- Budget and Procurement Experience.
