This role will support the Membership Services Team at NHS Charities Together by helping to develop our Online Community (Member Connect). Working within a small team to support the Member Community Manager in delivering key aspects of our strategy linked to peer support and knowledge sharing. The role will help measure and review activity that will inform how we make best use of the platform to drive engagement and provide the content that supports our membership in the most effective way. Additionally, this role will further support the busy and vibrant central office function to assist in the smooth running of the organisation. Through providing first class customer service to our membership and wider stakeholders this postholder will make a significant contribution to our aims and objectives through the next phases of our five-year strategy
