NHS Providers is the membership organisation for the NHS hospital, mental health, community and ambulance services that treat patients and service users in the NHS. We help those NHS trusts and foundation trusts to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care by enabling them to learn from each other, acting as their public voice and helping shape the system in which they operate.

The post holder will report to the IT and CRM Manager. A key focus of this post is to support the efficient running of the organisation’s IT infrastructure by being the first point of contact for staff on IT-related issues and liaising with our offsite and onsite IT partners. We currently run off Office 365 which was recently implemented in May 2020.
The successful candidate will have experience of providing IT support within an office environment, have experience of troubleshooting hardware issues and be able to support users working remotely. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, sharepoint and Azure and have excellent time management and organisational skills, the ability to work independently or in a small team and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
