Job description

Our individually tailored service offers a ‘home from home’ – with kind, compassionate residential, nursing, dementia, respite and end-of-life care.

Role

This role is focused on raising funds from high level donors, building relationships and developing networking opportunities. You will work closely with colleagues within the Fundraising & Marketing team to ensure fundraising targets are met each year through personal donations and income from Trusts & Foundations.

The successful candidate will be someone effective in securing mid to high value donors with a proven track record of managing complex client relationships, strong presentation skills and coordinating collaboration with colleagues and trustees.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to join an ambitious organisation, with a close-knit, family feel.  Flexible working options to be considered for the right candidate.

  • Fundraising or sales experience
  • CRM database experience
  • Good writing & presentation skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and effectively
