Communications and Marketing Manager - Interim, an opportunity to join a growing Social Welfare Charity, based in Central London.
The role is initially a 3-month interim period from January 2020. There is potential for this role to go longer-term, if interested.
Due to growth plans of the charity the Communications and Marketing team are now focused on developing an integrated approach to increase their reach, awareness and support for the cause.
As the Communications and Marketing Manager you will lead on delivering an integrated communication and marketing plan, setting and delivering the new marketing strategy, especially around digital engagement.
You will work with senior colleagues to ensure all messages, materials and approaches are appropriate to the brand, audiences and evaluating results to ensure activities are effective, changing approach based on results. This will include overseeing the digital strategy, leading on the creation of content, building stakeholder engagement and ensuring the brand is well known. You will also provide leadership and line manage staff, oversee a budget and coordinate with other key organisational teams.
Our client is looking for an experienced Communications and Marketing professional who has a track record in creating and implementing successful integrated marketing and /or communications plans. You will have experience of managing staff, budgets and the delivery of objectives. Leading communications projects to completion. Planning and implementing communications for a diverse range of stakeholders using a mix of online and offline materials.
